LogiQ™ Discovery Mode
LogiQ in Discovery mode passively reports on volume and actual false positives generated by the existing anti-spam filter. There is No integration required during the test - Discovery is an appliance which simply sits off a mirror port on the switch.

We recognise that mail administrators must be cautious about changes to their infrastructure. To help prove the case that false positives are really happening, BoxSentry LogiQ™ can be operated in Discovery mode. In this mode, it monitors network traffic and reports false positives.
Compatible with Existing Email Environments
BoxSentry LogiQ™ unobtrusively attaches to your network, and is fully compatible with most email architectures. Existing MTAs don’t even know LogiQ™ is working in the background. Plug it in to the same switch as your MTA, configure port mirroring, and you’re ready to start detecting false positives! There is no network impact and no user impact.
Generates a Report
BoxSentry LogiQ™ automatically generates a report for the Mail Administrator to review. The report describes all false positives detected by the system.
Also Useful for Auditing and Compliance Scenarios
Most installations activate the Discovery Mode as part of a short-term technology evaluation. After the evaluation phase, most sites proceed to integrate the A/FP Module with their existing MTA. However, for audit or compliance purposes, LogiQ™ Discovery can be licensed on a longer-term basis.
