BOXSENTRY TRADEMARK GUIDELINES

BOXSENTRY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE GUIDELINES AT ANY TIME AND  WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.  BoxSentry may from time to time discontinue use of some or all of its marks or add new trademarks. Please see BoxSentry’s website for the latest version of the Guidelines in force from time to time.

The trademarks of BoxSentry are used to distinguish BoxSentry’s products from those that come from other entities. Over the years, BoxSentry has worked hard to develop a consistent, high quality brand by producing innovative products using best-of-breed technology. As a result, the BoxSentry and RealMail brands have tremendous value in the marketplace.  When used properly, the BoxSentry and RealMail brands can also be of benefit to you.

THESE GUIDELINES DO NOT GRANT YOU A LICENSE TO USE THE TRADEMARKS. The only way to obtain permission to use BoxSentry’s trademarks is by entering into a written license agreement with BoxSentry Pte Ltd signed by both BoxSentry and the licensee. This document is intended to assist you in implementing that separate written agreement. Please review that separate agreement to understand the extent and scope of your permitted use of the trademarks and any restrictions that may apply to you.

It is important that you use the trademarks properly in order to maintain the distinctiveness and valuable goodwill associated with the trademarks. Failure to do so can lead to you losing your contractual right to use the trademarks under your separate written agreement.

Guidelines for the proper use of trademarks

The trademarks must only be used as an adjective that modifies a product descriptor/generic product terminology; otherwise there is a risk that the trademarks will be considered to be unprotectable generic terms, such as escalator or aspirin.
