Integrity Mode
BoxSentry LogiQ™ combines patented authentication and reputation technologies to determine if the sender of an email is legitimate. LogiQ™ uses multiple techniques to identify senders, including AI-driven whitelisting through traffic analysis, and network queries against the BoxSentry global reputation system. LogiQ™ uses email authentication industry standards, Sender ID (SPF) and DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM), to minimise your risk of losing email.

Discovery Mode
BoxSentry LogiQ™ can be operated in Discovery mode to give you concrete evidence of false positives. It is compatible with existing email environments and attaches itself unobtrusively to your network to immediately begin generating reports of the false positives detected by the system.

Recovery Mode
Once identified as a false positive, blocked messages are reinjected into the user’s inbox without delay in Recovery mode, ensuring fast-tracked and seamless mail delivery.
LogiQ can be implemented in two different modes (Recovery or Integrity), depending upon your network configuration and existing MTA. Most importantly, LogiQ can prevent false positives from happening without having to replace any of the existing infrastructure. This is truly complimentary and compatible with existing email security infrastructure.
LogiQ in Discovery and Recovery mode are appliance based deployments using on-site appliance, while LogiQ in Integrity mode can be deployed either as an appliance or accessed via a service "in-the-cloud".
